About Us
In 2010 Spencers of the New Forest was formed following the merger of Spencers of Burley with Fells Gulliver in Brockenhurst. We have since added a third office in Ringwood.
Having previously worked together our three Directors have formed a strong business relationship, friendship and ethos. Based on a modern approach to the constantly changing property world, coupled with old fashioned values and personal service they have built, within their own separate businesses and now as one, a strong, dynamic and forward thinking team, capable of providing an unrivalled service across the National Park.
The ambition... to continue to build an independent Estate Agents of which the Forest can be proud.
Alan, founder of Spencers of Burley, has enjoyed several extremely successful years working in the area, initially in Lymington followed by a spell in Christchurch before settling in Burley and forming his company in 2006. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Rob took over the Fells Gulliver Brockenhurst office in 2005 having previously enjoyed over 20 years property experience in London and the Home Counties, also working as a consultant for the leading national property website, rightmove.co.uk.
Mark has lived and worked in the New Forest area for the past 22 years, and has built an excellent rapport with many local homeowners. In 2000, Mark became a senior manager of Fells Guilliver Estate Agents and successfully ran the branch for 10 years.
